About the buffering issue, could you please provide the "Info" level logs related to the issues? You just need to:
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issues you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of "Global Settings" and send us a bug report attached with logs.
After knowing what went wrong, we will address the problems for you as soon as possible.
About the SMB login credentials, please make sure you enable SMB File Sharing on your PC. Then you can go to SKYBOX's Network channel to access your SMB share with your Local Account or Microsoft Account.
If you use a Microsoft account, please input the email address and password of your Microsoft account to access your SMB share.
If you use a local Windows account, please input your local account username and the password you use to login to Windows.
