Shin, I don't think that badsalad is asking about DLNA here. Rather, he seems to be wondering if streamed content could be essentially restreamed to Skybox. I think though, that current features could not be extended to include such functionality. Rather, this is outside of the scope of what DLNA is capable of itself.
My understanding of the DLNA protocol is limited, since I don't tend to use it often. But from the little I've seen from basic setup and logging of the running service, setup involves pointing the service process to the locations of media files to be shared, so the service may scan and index those locations. That index and generated thumbnails are then announced as available to the rest of the LAN over multicast DNS. So it would seem the prerequisite specification of the file locations would make this a non-starter for DLNA.
Now adding a new feature to share real time video feeds from various platforms is totally a possibility. But I don't think that is what badsalad was implying here.
