Canon VR180 5.7K 3D files not playing

Canon VR180 5.7K 3D processed files from the Canon VR180 VR Utility software will play on Quest 3 but with a black screen;
5.2K files will play. I believe 5.7K 3D is the max resolution Quest 3 will support - is this correct and is this a Canon file format issue or Skybox? The thumbnail images show up correctly in the Skybox directory.

Besides, do you play this video from Quest local storage, SMB/DLNA/AirScreen server or USB drive?

Lucy I can do - will a google drive link work?

This is playing from the Quest on board storage.

If I put it through Premiere or Davinci, I can play 5.7K fine, but that doesn't help me preview the output files direct from VR Utility
