Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please double check that you're using SKYBOX PC Client v1.1.9-529. You can open SKYBOX on your PC, click "SETTINGS" to check the version number. To download the new PC Client, please go to our website.
Then, please update SKYBOX Quest app to v1.1.9(2937). You can go to SKYBOX's "Global Settings", click "Display" then turn on "Show Stats" to check the version number.
The "No Files" issue should be fixed in v1.1.9(2937). If you still get the "No Files" error, you can click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", select "General", then click the "Reset" button to do a factory reset and see if it works.
If the problem still remains, we'd much appreciate if you could share with us the "Info" level logs. We need to check the logs to see what went wrong.
You just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the issue, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
