SKYBOX Player Control | Also Issues With 16.9 Video Being Detected!

It's a fight for survival when I try get the control to show. My Quest 3 is losing the fight again SkyBox developers. Using hands are more stable. For many reasons, I want to continue using my controllers. I turned off hand controls tom see if it would let me use the controllers just as before, I couldn't operate the player at all. I have to fight for the control to show up still.

another big problem is 16.9 video. It's 2024, the player can't sense the video is 16.9. I have to manually select it for movie to look right. This one deserves a post on its own. You guys aren't making theatres, what are you guys working on? If you guys were helping, there would be more people here.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

We haven't reproduced the controller issue. Actually we can use controllers in SKYBOX Quest app without any problems.

About the issue with 16:9 videos, do you mean you have to manually change the aspect ratio for every 16:9 video? If so, please click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", turn on "Show Stats" and tell us the version number.

We also want to check the logs to further investigate the issue. You just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the issue, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
