A JavaScript error occured in the main process when runing Skybox client win10
Uncaught Exception:
Error: Command failed: %windir%\system32\reg query
at checkexecsyncerror (child_process.js:613:13)
...

Any idea how to fix this problem?

    Hi,

    Please send us the log file for SKYBOX in your computer. The log file is located in C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\app.log.
    The 'AppData' Folder is a hidden folder and you can show it by step in picture blow. Sometimes the extension is omitted and only says 'app'.

    Send the file to contact@skybox.xyz, or create a download link somehow.

        Hi Andy, Thanks for replay.
        My app.log was 0kb
        the skybox client can't run even after a clean install

          Okay in that case please search 'cmd' in your windows search bar.
          Once you open the terminal, enter the following command:

          %windir%\System32\REG QUERY HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography /v MachineGuid

          Please send me the result.

                      Could you please try turn off your firewall for a moment and see if the program can launch properly?
