Sorry for the inconvenience!
Are you using the beta version 1.1.8? Please click SKYBOX's Global Settings and turn on Show Stats to check the version number.
The issue should be fixed in the LIVE version 1.1.7. You can temporarily roll back to LIVE version 1.1.7 and see if it works.
On Quest store, login your Meta account, find SKYBOX VR Player, scroll down the page, then you will find "Version", please click the dropdown menu to select "LIVE: 1.1.7".
On your Quest, find SKYBOX VR Player in your App Library, click the three dots on the upper-right corner of SKYBOX. Then you will find the Update button. Just click it and wait for the installation.
