Are you using the latest SKYBOX Steam version 1.1.6? To further investigate the issue, we hope you can share with us a video capture of the issue. It would be better if you can send us(contact@skybox.xyz) the Logs folder as well.
The Log folder is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SKYBOX VR Video Player\PersistentData\Log.
