The oculus app in windows always shows version 1.1.2 in the version drop down. I want to upgrade to v1.1.7 please help.
I use the quest link from the oculus headset

If you use Quest Link, you will be using SKYBOX Rift version. The latest Rift version is v1.1.2.
If you use SKYBOX Quest standalone version, you will find the v1.1.7 option.
