Could you please share with us the Info level logs? We'd like to check the logs and further investigate the problem.
On your Quest 3, please go to SKYBOX's Global Settings(the gear icon), change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the issue, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
We also need to check the "logs" folder in C:\Users\your usernamer\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs.
To find the "SKYBOX" folder:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type "%AppData%" into the address bar and hit enter.
- Navigate to the "Roaming" folder.
- Click the "SKYBOX" folder, zip and send us the "logs" folder.
After knowing what went wrong, we will try fixing it as soon as possible.
