Image not detected as 360

I've got several hundred images all in 360. Trying to show my elderly parents in my quest 2. Half of them show up as 360 the rest are projected on a huge movie screen,. Manually setting each one for 360 is tedious and not something I wanted my elderly mom to do to each image.. pause the slideshow and switch to 360.... actually by pressing the "auto" button it would THEN detect and switch modes.. you still have to pause the slideshow and go into the menu for each image.
Is there a way around this or is Skybox just not able to handle it? Is theresomething I can do to the image? These are from my insta360 ONE-R

Hi Adam,

Thank you for the feedback. We'll try to solve this issue in our next update.

Currently there're two ways to avoid the problem.

Wait until the thumbnails are shown and then click the image. The reason why you have to click 'auto' to get the correct format is that you might click a picture without a thumbnail and we're actually still doing the auto-recognition. If you click the picture with thumbnails you should get the correct format automatically.
Add keywords to the name of your folder. You can follow the link here to add keyword to the file: https://skybox.xyz/support/How-to-Adjust-2D&3D&VR-Video-Formats/ . Thus all the image in the file will be detected as 360 videos automatically.
