It seems like a bug. Could you please share with us(email@example.com) the "logs" folder in C:\Users\your usernamer\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs?
To find the "SKYBOX\logs" folder:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type "%AppData%" into the address bar and hit enter.
- Navigate to the "Roaming" folder.
- Click the "SKYBOX" folder, zip and send us the "logs" folder.
After knowing what went wrong, we'll try to fix it.
