We released a new update on Quest store, fixing the loading issue with secondary account. If you can't start SKYBOX VR Player with secondary account on your Quest 2/3/Pro, please try the new update.
As secondary account can't access Quest system folder, you'll not be able to use the search function in SKYBOX's YouTube channel. Also, you won't be able to play the YouTube videos added to AirScreen(SKYBOX Windows/Mac Client). If you use an admin account, you won't experience these issues.
