Could you please share with us your INFO level logs?
Just go to SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "INFO", reproduce the playback issue, and then go to Global Settings, click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner, then send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
It would be better if you can send us a video recording of this issue as well. Once we locate the problems, we'll fix it as soon as possible.
