You can use the Skybox Airscreen program by downloading it on your computer and then adding whatever videos you want for streaming. It shows up on the vr headset under the Airscreen menu option. However, I've found that it tends to get bogged down easily if you add more than 20 or so videos and needs to be restarted and the cache deleted. A better option is to use a different DLNA server like Plex. It's a little more complicated to set up (find a tutorial online), but once you do it's more reliable. This type of DLNA server will show up as a folder in the Network menu in Skybox on the vr headset. I have found it to offer much smoother playback on the Quest 3, compared to SMB.
