Problem With Stuttering Videos On My New Oculus Go

Just got an Oculus Go and downloaded your app to enjoy my stored MP4 videos. All the videos stutter and the sound goes out of sync. These same videos play fine in the Oculus video app and with Big Screen. I like the features of your app and would like to use it. Can't figure out why it doesn't work as I haven't read of others having this problem.

Will it be possible for you to send one of the videos over via Google Drive or Dropbox so we can take a closer look at it? Or tell us where we can get the files by ourselves.
Or simply give us the video infos, like file size, bitrate(5mb/s), resolution(4k), and video compression standard(e.g. H.264).
