Hello Andy!
Thank you for the answer!
That high-resolution videos haltingly or in slow motion and without or disturbed sound is given against is probably ever happened!
Good that it should be fixed with an update.
My workaround: a M.2 storage medium.
The reading and output speed of hard disks is u.a. this is significantly involved in the reproduction quality of the high-resolution video files.
Everybody can try that if he copies and plays a high-resolution video file on different hard disks that are present in the computer
The file, which is retrieved from an M.2 storage medium runs best in my experiments and has virtually no quality losses.
The second workaround in Oculus Home to get the high-resolution files displayed in order to play them with Skybox:
Go to the folder in which the file to be played is saved and set the switch "Show hidden files" (lowest point in the folder settings) to "Off" and then immediately back to "On"!
Now all files of the folder are displayed in the overview "VR Videos" (second menu entry in the left selection list)! ;-))
