Can't start Mac client

Whenever I try to start the Mac client, no window appears and I only have the "Skybox" word in the top menu but no other options. When I right-click on the dock icon and select "Show all windows", it shows a rectangle with nothing in it. In the system log, I am seeing this:

Any idea what I can do to correct this?

Hi,

It seems that your installation package is broken.
It could be caused due to unstable wifi environments.
Please try downloading the installation package again under stable wifi network and see if the problem persist.
