Hello,
Could you please share with us your logs? Logs will record some information that helps us see what went wrong.
You just need to go to SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "INFO", reproduce the issue, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
It would be better if you can tell us your SMB configuration as well.
