For some reason, my Steam account doesn't give me the option to buy the app.
I already own this for the Oculus and don't really want to have to resort to alternatives like "HereSphere VR Video Player".
But even though the app seems to have been around for a while and has been updated recently, I can't buy it.
Are there any reasons for this?
