Please follow this article to change to the latest BETA v1.1.3 and see if the problem disappears with the new BETA version.
If the problem remains, we hope you can click SKYBOX's Global Settings(the gear icon), click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
Log may contain some personal information, for example, it will contain the filenames and etc. It is safe when you transfer the log and we only use it to debug.
After knowing what went wrong, we'll help you solve it ASAP.
