Runtime error

When I start up my pc I keep getting this error:

Does somebody know how to get rid of it?

Hi,

Please send us the log file for SKYBOX in your computer. (support@skybox.xyz) The log file is located in C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\app.log.
The 'AppData' Folder is a hidden folder and you can show it by step in picture blow. Sometimes the extension is omitted and only says 'app'.

Sorry for the delayed reply, we just got back from a company vacation :)
We do not have a set date on this version release yet.

Hi Andy,

Once in a while I've checked if there was a new or updated version and suddenly to my surprise I saw an update. From 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 is that right? Anyway I installed this version and I don't receive the error anymore.
So problem solved.
