Hi, we haven't reproduced the issue. Could you please share with us the "logs" folder(C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs)?
To find the "logs" folder:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type "%AppData%" into the address bar and hit enter.
- Navigate to the "Roaming" folder.
- Click "SKYBOX" folder, zip and send the logs folder to us.
After knowing what went wrong, we'll help you solve it ASAP.
