Plex DLNA issues?

Hi,

Sometime between a couple of weeks ago and yesterday Skybox no longer recognizes my Plex DLNA server. Does anyone else have a similar issue?

I can't even begin to figure out how to troubleshoot this.

DLNA server is on an Unpaid system
Plex on my Mac
VLC on my Mac can see and play DLNA stream from the Unraid server.

My Quest is on the same Wifi network as the server.

I've rebooted server, Quest.

Anyone have any other ideas?

JoeC3 Hi! Could you please share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the Log folder in Quest\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log? Logs will record some error messages that help us see what went wrong.

When you connect your Quest to your computer through a cable, the "Quest" folder will appear on your computer. It would be appreciated if you can zip the folder and send it to us.

Besides, please click SKYBOX's "Global Settings" and turn on "Show FPS" to check the version number. Also, please make sure you've selected the "Enable the DLNA server" checkbox in Plex app.
