Focus gets better when 'A' button is pressed during a play

Focus gets better when 'A' button is pressed during a play (a screen gets bigger and a status bar pops up). After the status bar is gone and the screen gets smaller, the focus gets worse. How can I fix it?

I think when you press button A and the status bar pops up it goes into 2D mode as the status bar is 2D and so it cannot be showing 2D and 3D at the same time (for the sake of your eyes), hence the sharper picture.

The root cause could be the effect of dominant eye. When Skybox turns into 2D mode, it always show the pictures of of right side. But if you are left-eye-dominant, you will have this issue. I have the same concern as well.
Actually, if Skybox could let users set their dominant eye and apply it to the 2D pictures. That would be very nice!
