Meta Quest Pro and no DLNA server.

Greetings,
I have SkyBox on a Quest 2 and Meta Pro. The Quest 2 shows my Plex server using DLNA just fine. Howerver, using the Meta Pro it doesn't show up. Anybody have any ideas why?

Puckertoe romeyn Hi, Quest Pro may not be perfectly compatible with SKYBOX app (for Quest 1/Quest 2). We ordered Quest Pro, but haven't received it yet. When we receive Quest Pro, we'll pay attention to the issues you mentioned and fix them for you!

You can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) your Oculus registered email in advance. When we work out a fix version, we will invite you to try out the fix in beta channel.

Lucy I had to turn off my firewall settings on public and private (windows pc). Then it started working.

Hi Lucy. The problem I have with the Quest Pro is that it keeps saying it cannot see the left controller and it leaves an image of the controller in the middle of the screen. Turning the controller off and on does not fix it. The controller works fine briefly and then it cannot be seen again.

vrluvva Hi, could you please share with us a screenshot or video capture of the controller issue? Do you have the same controller issue when playing other games or in Oculus home? We haven't encountered this issue so it might happen randomly. You can reinstall the app to see if it helps.
