The website marketing blurb says:

This has never happened for me. Every single video has to be manually configured. This is especially frustrating because I can't bring up the controls while watching a video to even set it up manually.
What the heck am I doing wrong to have so many features just simply not work? I'm starting to wonder if I even have the right app.
