Are you using the latest version 1.1.0(553)? You can open SKYBOX and click Global Settings(the gear icon) to check the version number.
What's more, our developer needs to check the log files and further investigate the problem. Could you share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the Log folder in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log? When you connect your Quest 2 to your computer through a cable, the "Quest 2" folder will appear on your computer. It would be appreciated if you can zip the folder and send it to us.
