Hey guys,
SkyboxVR is really cool. But I have problems with SMB:
- After starting SkyboxVR and playing videos from SMB (smb2 on a synology NAS) the first 1-5 videos work fine.
- Randomly the 2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th video will then crash Skybox
- It doesnt matter if the videos are 3-6, 9-14 or 30-99 GB in size. Also the resolution / bitrate / framerate / etc make no difference. It happens randomly with all videos.
- When after the crash you play the video where SkyboxVR crashes - it works just fine. All videos work fine. But if you open a couple one after another - then it will result in a crash sooner or later.
- Sometimes the app closes itself. Sometimes it gets stuck in a black screen with nothing happening anymore - then I need to close it manually.
I looked through the logfiles (SambaLog.txt, outLog0.txt, libskybox.log) - but none of them show any errors or faults. Obviously Skybox crashes before it can write any log information about this error.
