It would help us further investigate the issue and fix it if you can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the Log folder in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log. When you connect your Quest 2 to your computer through a cable, the "Quest 2" folder will appear on your computer.
