airlink no longer works from my pc to quest 2 pls fix asap, thx.

    Hi, do you mean you're not able to connect to your pc via AirScreen?

    If so, please click the WeTransfer link to download SKYBOX Windows Client (fix version 479) on your pc.

    What's more, please go to Oculus store via web browser, find SKYBOX VR Player and change the version to "v1.1.0 Fix: 1.1.0" manually.

    Here're the detailed steps:

    1. Go to this page: https://www.oculus.com/experiences/quest/2063931653705427
    2. Scroll down and find "Version", please select "v1.1.0 Fix: 1.1.0".
    3. Uninstall and reinstall SKYBOX on your Quest 2.

    You should be able to use AirScreen when using both fix version on your pc and Quest 2.

      Lucy i used the WeTransfer link for my pc airlink client, then i uninstalled skybox on my quest 2 then used 1.1.0 fix. it then downloaded a new skybox on my quest 2 but airlink still will not connect. when i check fps in settings to check version number it still says 1.1.0 562. i have tried many times airlink seems to be broken, pls fix this soon, thx.

        Hi, could you send us(contact@skybox.xyz) your log files to troubleshoot? There might be an unknown issue. Our developer needs to check the log files to further investigate the issue and fix it for you.
         
        One log folder is in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs. 
        The other log folder is in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log. You need to connect your Quest 2 to PC through a cable in advance.

        After figuring out what went wrong, we'll address it as soon as possible.
