Issue viewing folders/files using SMB

For some reason I cannot view folders or files which I have shared on my laptop. This was working fine a few weeks ago, and I'm not sure what has changed.
To share the folders and files I am using Windows 10 mobile hotspot which my Oculus Quest 2 can connect to without an issue. When I start Skybox I can see my laptop in the list of available servers, however when I try to access it, I get the message "Network error". I am using Skybox 1.1.0
Any help would be much appreciated.

Brewster Hi, when you enable Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot, there will be two ip addresses. Please click the "Add" icon at the top right corner of the Network interface, and input the original ip address (instead of the new ip address after enabling hotspot) to access your laptop.

You can check the ip address of your laptop from CMD. Press Win + R to open the Run box, type "cmd" and hit Enter, then type "ipconfig", and press the Enter key.
