Hi, are you using the latest Windows Client 1.0.0? If so, please delete the “data” folder to see if it helps. The “data” folder is located in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX. To find the “data” folder:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type "%AppData%" into the address bar and hit enter.
- Navigate to the "Roaming" folder.
- Click "SKYBOX" folder, and delete the "data" folder.
