I hope this helps some people out there, because support was for useless for identifying my problem. I am using Windows 11 and when I launch Skybox with AirScreen I can see the computer listed as the client, but no videos show up. The issue I discovered is I had BOTH WiFi and a hard wiring connection to the computer's router. The issue was fixed when I turned off the Ethernet / hard wired connection so that my computer was strictly a wireless computer. There are no fixes for this found on the Web. The AirScreen directions do state for the computer and the Meta Quest 2 to be on the same wireless network. They were, but with the hard wiring in the mix. I guess Skybox and AirScreen chokes on the data when there are 2 network sources used. So make your computer 100% wireless, otherwise you may have connectivity issues.
