Skybox video player not loading on windows 10

Hello,

I installed the lastest version of skybox video player client on my pc. No issues with install but after it’s not loading. It’s like it’s not compatible. It was working fine on the old version. I removed the old version and then installed the new and now it’s not working at all. Is there any way for me to get the old version of the skybox client?

Hello, if you'd like to download previous Windows Client v0.2.4, you can go to our website and click Windows Client for "Win 7 & Win 8". Besides, we'd much appreciate it if you can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the log folder located in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs. We'd like to check your log files, see what went wrong and fix it.

I have emailed you about this, but I have resolved the issue. The uninstall process was not completely removing all the files out of application data folder which means it was never have a clean install. I’ve done a uninstall and a manual uninstall and then removed registry keys and it’s ok now. My application data folder was over 5gb in size so this May of caused some issues.
