I just installed the latest update, but for some reason I cant get the Skybox window to show - I can see it in the task bar, and it even shows a preview of the window, but it will not display on the desktop. Previous version was fine.
tocster Hello, sorry for the inconvenience caused! Can you share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) your log files to troubleshoot? The log folder is located in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs.
tocster Hi, if you still can't start SKYBOX, please delete the “data” folder to see if it helps. The “data” folder is located in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX.
