I opened a case because I bought the SkyboxVR app on oculus for &14.99 and used it for years. upon upgrading to the Quest 2. Like many I was surprised when it wanted wanted me to pay again, but luckily the site says if you paid for the previous you can get the quest version. Awesome. So I reach out to contact@skybox.xyz and after some discussion they finally accept that I did make the purchase and sent me a code for the Quest 2 version. That code did not work, and at the same time skybox servers blocked my email address (from mail.com domain) and I was unable to replay and let Lucy know. So I forwarded the email to my google account and replied there, but after 3 days there has been no response, so im forced to make an account here and hope maybe I can get this resolved
All I am asking for is a code so I can use the skybox Quest version without double paying, please respond or reach out to me so we can take care of this. I dont understand how this is so cumbersome and difficult, Skybox is a great tool but all this hassle almost makes it not worth it. Please let me know if you need any other details at all.
