Can you share with us(email@example.com)) a screenshot or video recording of that issue? Your log files will also help us further check the issue.
One log file folder is located in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs.
We also need to check this other log file folder. Please connect your Quest 2 to your PC through a cable, and share with us the log file folder located in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log. You can compress the log files into a zip file.
