I'm running TrueNAS Scale with SMB enabled, able to access my SMB share on all my other devices with no problem, but skybox can't detect it.
I've tried manually entering the address on v1.0.5 and v1.1.0 with no luck.

    Hi there,

We need to check your log files to see what went wrong.

Please connect your Quest 2 to your PC through a cable, then the "Quest 2" folder will appear on your PC. Share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the log files located in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log. You can compress the files into a zip file.

    Looking forward to your reply!

Hi, please click Global Settings and turn on Show FPS to check the version number. We just tested on the latest version 1.1.0(553), and we can find the smb share created by Truenas and play videos in it.

If you can't find your Truenas in v1.1.0(553), please share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the log files so we can further investigate the issue. The log files are in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log.

Also, the issue may have something to do with DNS resolution. You can try the ways in the link to troubleshoot.
