Caupo
Hi Caupo,
Regarding the first issue, you can connect bluetooth headphones or bluetooth speaker to your Quest. For more information, click this link: https://home-automations.net/how-to-connect-bluetooth-headphones-to-oculus-quest-2/
You can also switch to PC audio by following the steps below:
- Connect your Quest to your PC with a USB cable (Please make sure you have installed Oculus app on your PC)
- Enable Oculus Link on your Quest, then the Oculus app window will pops up on your pc automatically
- Tap "Devices" on the left sidebar, then click on the ">" icon next to your "Quest 2 and Touch"
- Turn on "Hear VR Audio from Computer" and select the correct speakers on your PC
- Then you can hear the audio from both your headset and the computer audio device.
Note: When you enable Oculus Link, you're using SKYBOX Rift version. We haven't update this version for a long time and we'll release a new Rift version later.
As for the stuttering issue, please follow the steps below to switch to Quest beta 1.1.0(520). We fixed some stuttering issue in this new beta version.
- Go to Oculus.com and find SKYBOX VR Player. (Make sure you login your Facebook/Oculus account)
- Scroll down and you'll find "Language", "Version", "Developer" and etc. Tap "Version" to open the Version notes window.
- Click on the down arrow sign to switch versions.
- Uninstall and reinstall SKYBOX on your Quest 2.
Let us know if you have any other problems.
Kind regards,
Lucy
