Hi there,
Do you have admin account and secondary account(s) on your Quest 2?
If so, please make sure you install the same version of SKYBOX on all accounts.
At present, you can choose to either install SKYBOX 1.0.5 or beta 1.1.0. Please uninstall SKYBOX on admin account and secondary account(s), and then follow the steps below to install beta version 1.1.0 (510).
Through Oculus app:
- Open Oculus app, and tap your Profile picture.
- Go to My Library and select SKYBOX VR Player.
- Scroll down and you'll find "Language", "Version", "Developer" and etc. Tap Version to open the Version notes window.
- Select your preferred version.
- Uninstall and reinstall SKYBOX on your Quest 2.
Through Oculus website:
- Go to Oculus.com and find SKYBOX VR Player. (Make sure you login your Facebook/Oculus account)
- Scroll down and you'll find "Language", "Version", "Developer" and etc. Tap Version to open the Version notes window.
- Click on the down arrow sign to switch versions.
- Uninstall and reinstall SKYBOX on your Quest 2.
Let us know if you still have issue starting beta 1.1.0.
