I've noticed that the Skybox app on the rift can't play back high resolution videos (5400, etc), but that other apps I like less (like DEO) have no trouble with those files.

Why is that? Is this being addressed?

    Yes we are aware of that.
    We are currently working on the performance enhancement issue.
    Part of it is also due to bugs.
    However this is expected to be a rather long process.
    I'm not sure how long it will take but our engineers are working very hard trying to locate and fix those issues.
