180 Video freezes

I got Quest 2 nearly a week ago. I purchased Skybox because it plays 180 degrees VR Videos.

I never had this problem before. I play 3D movies and all with ease. Yesterday I try to play a 180 video, it freezes right away and try to continue but freezing remains. A few 180 videos do that but the rest are fine. But all have the same formats, same makers.

I have 1gbps Fios and I access the file at home via dlna on myCloud Nas server. I have the best router as well.

I just found out all the VR180 that freeze while playing have 3456p resolution. Those that play well have lower resolution. SkyBox doesn't offer to play them at lower resolution.

I see that there are no one working here that will offer their help. I had to investigate more on my own. I wonder why I read only great reviews on the Oculus Store. But I'll have to give REAL feedback.

Do you use beta version 1.1.0 or live version 1.0.5?

If possible, please share with us one laggy VR video, so we can check the video information and test it to see what's going wrong.

I know it's been the weekend with short staffs - understood and thanks for replying.

The video file is 20GB. It will be hard to share. But I'll try to get all information about the video and reply back again tomorrow. But I did do a little digging on my own. I went to the setting where the video is playing and go to advance setting there. I changed Play Back to 0.75 and it played. The audio, as a result, sounded very robotic. I went to the audio setting and played with the numbers. It got a little better but still robotic sound.

Before I decided to play with the setting on my own, I downloaded DeoVR Quest which played the video itself without me messing with the setting but its 180degree isn't as finetuned as Skybox.

I will come back Monday during the day to share information about the 180VR video.

I'll reply to which beta version my Skybox is.
I only have it on my Quest 2 and stream via dlna most of the time. My WIFI is super excellent, and I only use my headset at home (For now). I didn't install Windows version yet.

I can confirm I'm using live version 1.0.5. I saved the beta version 1.1.0 on the Oculus Store and opened it on my headset.

When I look at the version it still says 1,0.5. How do I actually install the beta. Do I delete the one I purchased and look for the beta I saved?
