I put some VR videos in PC and played through airscreen. In PC client, no display problem for japanese kanji. But in VR player in quest 2, there are plenty of missing kanji words in the listing, i.e. 涼宮, 岬, 斎藤, 梓, 渚, 恵, 桜, 辻, 瀬, 笹, 槻, 亜...etc.

Is it my quest 2 problem or skybox not support kanji display?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your detailed feedback!

I assume you're using version 1.0.5, please kindly follow the steps to switch to beta version 1.1.0.

This issue was fixed on beta 1.1.0. 🙂

    Best regards,
    Lucy

Thanks a lot. IT WORKS PERFECTLY NOW!!

By the way, in the global option, I noticed that there is a new option named "Resolution Scaling" and it is set as 1.8 in default. What is the function of this new feature if the video resolution I played already in 4K?
