Issue with vr180 on oculus quest 2

I recorded vr180 video in .mov format on qoocam with the double cameras.

When I play them on setting VR180, side by side, it shows correctly for a few seconds, and once the player bar disappears it goes fuzzy. I click a button to bring up the player bar again, it is correct again.

By the way, I can resolve by selecting monoscopic in advanced settings, but then I have to do this every single time I play a video

i figured it out. You can't take video files directly from the qoocam, you have to stitch them in the qoocam studio first.
