persistent timeout failure on open video

Hey Y'all,

I have a couple of files that for one reason or another I just can't get to open successfully in Skybox. I've tried full restarts, making sure nothing else is running at the time etc, with no luck. These are all downloaded from VR sites with otherwise great track records on encoding.

From the logs it looks like it's running into a 10 second timeout after getting to onPlaying. Right before that is this entry

FileStream::seek() -- Failed to set the file pointer

But that seems to happen on successful file opens as well so I'm assuming unrelated.

Is this timeout something I can configure at all? I'm not sure what it is about these files that make them take so long but it's definitely more common with larger ones.

confirmed the file is fine by manually adding it to the cache file and changing its error status, it streams to my oculus over airscreen just fine. far as I can tell the issue is just about getting a good thumbnail out of the file which some files just aren't keen to do.
