Airscreen Searching For Device (Never Connects on Windows PC)

Around a week ago I got a message to update Skybox and I did, and since then Airscreen no longer works.

When I go to Airscreen and click on Search for Device it just spins and never connects or finds the Windows PC.
When I go to the network tab, it sees my desktop Windows PC that is on the same network with the same IP.

I've connected before many times so am doing the exact same thing following all the same rules of being on the same network with the desktop client launched. It is stuck on Searching for Device and spins for 10+ minutes and never connects.

Hi Rocco,

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.

Please fast-click "CHANNELS" for five times and tell us the version number that appears in red.

If possible, try the following items to troubleshoot:

Connect both your VR headset and PC to a hotspot and see if VR headset could find PC.
Reboot your WiFi router and see if the two devices could be connected.

BTW, does your PC run Windows 10 or Windows 11?

Hi Lucy,
-I'm not sure where Channels is.
-I don't have another hotspot for both.
-I'm on Windows 10.

Answering the questions incase someone else searches with this problem. I was able to fix it, I restarted my PC and got a windows pop up that Windows Firewall blocked Skybox from accessing private and public network and had a checkbox if I wanted to allow. I checked it previously for private and left public unchecked since I just wanted the private network to work but doing this didn't fix it.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled Skybox and it gave this pop up again after restarting and launching it. I this time clicked to allow on private and public network, checking both and it works now. Windows 10 desktop autoblocked it on both by default but didn't let me modify until I restarted it and gave me a warning popup that it blocked it and if I wanted to allow it.
