Curious where I can submit bugs.

Currently, when using SkyBox:

  1. I'll get 20-30 minutes into a video and it will abruptly end despite the video being much longer.
  2. Many times, I click on a video and it says "Invalid Video Format". I can click it a couple of times then it suddenly starts playing. Usually, when a video abruptly ends, I end up doing this to get it going again, but it doesn't remember where I was at so I surf to the last place I remember.

Otherwise, though, this beta has potential as most videos that were flat-out not working are working better.

Eager for beta 2...

    How did you watch the video, via SMB, DLNA, AirScreen or from local storage?

    Did you return to the main menu when the video abruptly ended? The playing history may not be remembered if there is a crash.

    Besides, would you mind taking a video recording about this problem("Invalid Video Format")?

    It would help us better checking this issue if you can give us more information about the video, like the file size, resolution, video format.

      I have same issues like PaulMarcel. when I watch movies via air screen, it abruptly ends in about 5 minutes and bounces into the prephase menu saying "unidentified error". it reiterates again whenever I watch movies.
      of course I am a Mac user(Monterey). when can I fix this issue with a new skybox version upgrade?
      I want these issues to be solved ASAP.

        i am still having the same problems as junho and paulmarcel for a couple days... it's barely usable that i have to transfer the video file into quest2 to watch..

          Sorry for the inconvenience caused! Mac client (beta-2) is coming soon. We hope beta-2 would get these issues fixed.

            i can't Download it. When I click on the Mac OS icon I get a window that says "Please check this on PC"

                After downloading, playing VR video will be stuck for a few seconds, then play for a few seconds, and repeat it again and again.

                  Hello, can you share with us the laggy VR video for testing purpose? And which version do you use on your VR headset, 1.0.5 or beta 1.1.0?

                    Every VR video has this problem.
                    Mac Version 1.0.0(beta-2)
                    VR headset 0.2.2(MIVR)

                      Perhaps, would you mind telling us where you download the VR videos or inform us the metadata of the video files?

                      We need to check the video information and test it to further locate the causes.
