  • Unable to exit app with left controller

I have the Oculus button switch to be on the left controller in Accessibility options but when I press the button in the Skybox VR app it doesn't give me an option to quit the app. It works in all other apps and used to work in v1.03 (IIRC) but isn't working now. I require this to work as I am unable to use the right controller due to a stroke. I've noticed when I press the 'Y' button a message appears that says to press it again to exit but it doesn't do anything either.

This is on Oculus Quest 2.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.

Would you mind uninstalling and reinstalling SKYBOX on your Quest 2 to see if the problem still remains?

I tested on my Oculus Quest 2 but didn't reproduce the same issue as yours. The "Quit" option appeared when I clicked the "Menu"("Oculus") button on my left controller.

Normally, you can press the Oculus button to call out a panel with the “Quit” option, and click on it by pressing the Trigger or "X" button to quit an app on Oculus Quest 2.

You can also double-click the "Y" or "B" button to launch a panel with the "Quit" option.

Hope that helps. If the issue still exists after reinstalling, please kindly let me know.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Best regards,
    Lucy
