You stream the 6k, 7k, 8k 3D videos via SMB, right?
Please tell us which version you are using. You can check the version number by fast clicking "CHANNELS" for five times. Then the version number would appear in red.
If possible, please share with us the choppy videos or the download link at contact@skybox.xyz, we'd like to test them and see what's going wrong.
